Words to Live By

Ready. Set. Go! This sequence has been engrained in our brains since we were tiny. But what if we’ve had it backwards all along? What if we had enough faith to Go and let the rest fall into place? What if we spent less time preparing and more time doing? How much more could we accomplish? How much more impactful could we be? Go. Set. Ready. He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” – Matthew 17:20  

The Reason for the Season

With the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season, sometimes we allow the pressures and expectations to rob us of the pure joy this season has to offer. The night of the very first Christmas was far from “perfect” in our human eyes. But it all happened according to God’s divine plan. Humbly, our Savior came to this earth to save us and reunite us with God our Father. My hope is we will all take time to experience joy this Christmas, despite the imperfections.
